A - $500.00 minimum to get price A and no delivery charge. Orders smaller than $500.00 are sold at price B and a 15.00 delivery charge applies. 7-10 days delivery.

  • Q – What information is required to open a new account.

A – We need the license number that starts with a 1A- Plus a Series of numbers. A picture is useful otherwise the license number on the notes of the Purchase Order. The office can give you information if the account is already on the system.

  • Q – Payment and Credit Terms

A – We offer 30 days net credit terms to all clients unless otherwise specified or established. We do not offer a 2% Discount on C.O.D.  All past due-delinquent accounts are reported to the state on the following Thursday after they have become past due. Check is in the mail does not fly. If you are in possession of the payment, please let the office know. Deposit ASAP.

  • Q – How do I place the purchase orders online

A – Watch the video here above on how to place orders. Orders can only be received by the office via our website. No phone or text orders are accepted unless there are special circumstances. There is no prices on any of the products on our portal and you must know the amount of bottles per case of the products you order. Always try to sell full cases. It is very important to enter the right name and address of the account you want the product to be delivered to.

  • Q – When does commissions get paid

A – Every 15th of the month all commissions for the previous month are paid

  • Q – Customer’s tastings request

A – Tequila Specialist Strict Tasting Policy: Please note: Occasionally, retail accounts may request product tastings. Participation in such tastings is entirely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the sales representative. Tastings are considered a business arrangement directly between the sales representative and the retail account. Under no circumstances shall tastings be deemed employment duties, compensated work hours, or reimbursable expenses owed by Tequila Specialist.

Tequila Specialist does not require, mandate, or compensate sales representatives for conducting tastings, nor will it reimburse wages, time, travel, or related expenses associated with tastings. Tequila Specialist may, at its discretion, provide product to support a reasonable number of tastings; however, the scheduling, coordination, and personal time commitment remain the responsibility of the sales representative. Representatives are advised to use good judgment in committing to tastings and should not make promises to accounts beyond their capacity to fulfill.

  • Q – Discounts

A – We always sell at set prices on our price lists. No exceptions. Only Items indicated as VOLUME PRICING get discounts depending on the volume of the purchase. Usually 3, 5 and 7 case deals.

  • Q – Can I add an account to my route

A – No. Any new accounts that you either open (new) or re-establish from the open account roadster needs to be entered manually into your map and your route on this website. The number of accounts assigned to you are crossed referenced with this website and our accounting system so please do not attempt to change the map.
