Scorpion Mezcal Espadín 12 Year Extra Añejo is a limited-edition,small-batch mezcal made from Maguey Espadín. This Special Reserve mezcal is aged 12 years in French oak barrels of less than 200 liters and comes in an elegant glass bottle. Single-barrel bottlings of our aged products ensure premium quality mezcal.

RAW INGREDIENTS: 100% Maguey Espadin (A. Angustifolia)

AGAVE AGE: 11-15 years

COOKING: Steam autoclave

FERMENTATION: Natural yeast in open stainless steel vats

DISTILLATION: Double distilled in stainless steel + copper pot stills

AGING: 12 years in French oak barrels

BOTTLING: Bottled by hand
