Scorpion Mezcal Barril 6 Year Extra Añejo is a limited-edition, small-batch mezcal made from Maguey Barril. This Special Reserve mezcal is aged 6 years in oak barrels of less than 200 liters and comes in an elegant glass bottle. ​We produce Scorpion Mezcal Barril from estate-grown maguey in Oaxaca, Mexico, using traditional and sustainable methods.

RAW INGREDIENTS: 100% Maguey Barril (A. Karwinskii)

AGAVE AGE: 18-20 years

COOKING: Steam autoclave

FERMENTATION: Natural yeast in open stainless steel vats

DISTILLATION: Double distilled in stainless steel + copper pot stills

AGING: 6 years in French oak barrels

BOTTLING: Bottled by hand
