Blanco – Unaged, crisp, with bright agave, citrus, and pepper notes. Reposado – Aged 6-12 months in ex-bourbon barrels, adding vanilla and caramel. Añejo – Aged 18-24 months, richer with oak, chocolate, and dried fruit.
