Cava Antigua is a premium, double-distilled tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, meticulously cultivated in the iron-rich red soils of Jalisco’s highlands and harvested at peak maturity after 8–10 years. Each bottle is hand blown and a handcrafted work of art, requiring 21 meticulous steps, including leather label application and individual filling.
APPEARANCE: Bright and luminous, shades of silver with
robust and viscous body.
AROMA: Recognized for its excellent intense cooked agave profile, hints of citrus, white pepper, mango, apple, pear and
sweet honeysuckle.
TASTE: Elegant and delicate with silky mouthfeel
and complexity.
